MedInfo 2025 Volunteer Call – Student Volunteers Wanted!

Be part of a global medical and health informatics event – Join us as a Student Volunteer at MedInfo 2025!

• Conference Date: August 9–13, 2025
• Venue: Taipei International Convention Center (TICC)

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from currently enrolled students at any level (undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral), from anywhere in the world.
Note: Only students are eligible to participate as volunteers.
Must be able to communicate in English.

Why Volunteer?

• Free registration to MedInfo 2025
  • If you volunteer for a minimum of 3 full days, you can register for the 5-day conference at no cost.
  • If you volunteer for a minimum of 2 full days, you can register for the 3-day conference at no cost.
• Gain hands-on experience at a premier international medical and health informatics congress
• Volunteer certificate
• Network with global leaders, researchers, and fellow students in the field

Volunteer Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Commit to minimum required service days based on registration waiver type
• Attend a mandatory work briefing 1.5 hours before the registration counter opens on your first day of service. (Further details will be provided.)
• Duties may include:
  • Session and room monitoring
  • Speaker and attendee support
  • General logistical help

Application & Selection Process

• Application Deadline: June 30, 2025

• All applications will be reviewed and approved by the MEDINFO 2025 SPC, LOC, and IMIA.
• Selected volunteers will receive a notification of acceptance by July 10, 2025.
• All accepted volunteers must confirm their participation upon receiving the offer.
• Priority will be given to applicants who volunteer for 5 full days.
